Jacob P. Kehler, mischievous jokester, dessert and Faspa enthusiast, strong and faithful prayer warrior, and irreplaceable father died on January 13, 2015.

He died the way he lived, gently and in peace. Jac was born December 22, 1930 to Henry S. and Agatha Kehler. As a child he had a great sense of humor which sometimes made him a troublemaker but this fun-loving carried on throughout his life. On Saturday June 2, 2001 Peter (Jim) Kehler of Mitchell, Manitoba went to be with his Lord at 60 years of age. Jim is survived by his wife Carol Kehler (nee Plett) and his children Doug (fiancée Lisa) Kehler, Helga Kehler, Susan (Jonathan) Tyler, Tanya (Greg) Penner, his treasured granddaughter Morgen Penner, three brothers, three sisters and their spouses. Jason was born on May 10, 1970 to Debbie (nee Dueck) and Ben Giesbrecht at the Steinbach Bethesda Hospital. He was educated in Steinbach and graduated in 1988.

Jason was baptized upon confession of his faith on June 28, 1987. The following is his testimony at the time of his application for baptism:
