  1. Hello there! I’m working on my Kehler line and came across your website and facebook page. It looks like this line is in Canada, is that correct? My line is from PA, I don’t have records of any of mine coming from/going to Canada, but you never know. There are many Kehler lines out there, I was curious where your Berliner Kehler was born, and who his parents were, to see if there was any connection. My immigrant was Heinrich Kehler, born about 1750 in Germany, died 1795 in Northumberland County, PA. Thanks for any info. Tara

    1. Hi Tara

Thanks for visiting Kehler.ca. You will receive a Pedigree Chart for both Berliner Kehler and Elizabeth Schultz Kehler. Perhaps there is a match going back to the 1700’s. Let us know if there is a match!

  2. Hey what a great site! Living in Mexico is is tough to keep in touch with family. This site makes it easy to do this.

    1. Oh yes, Larry Sr. Fox. This is great for you to keep in touch with the clan. One day I will be in your restaurant to see you and have a good time. Just don’t ask me to sing cause I can’t sing… ha ha.

  3. You’re so right Linds! Thanks for reminding me about this site. Many thanks to those who organized all of this for us Kehler descendants to enjoy 🙂

  4. Just did a google search of my name and up popped your site. Our son’s name is misspelled, it’s actually Nikola Cohen Dueck. Thanks for fixing this.

  5. Hey, I fell upon this page completely by accident today. It had been very helpful, seeing as I am currently doing a project on family history. Thank you for making this page, but I was just wondering if you could see if you could find some family trees. I’m part of the Hildebrandt-Kehlers so if you could find anything on them, that would be absolutely fantastic. (:

    Thanks again,
    Sierra Kehler (Ontario)

  6. I came across this page by accident tonight and it was nice to see so many of my relatives. My grandparents – david s. kehler and grandma, uncles edgar, henry, jake, william hildebrandt, jake, mary, our son nathan, brother norman and mother k. wiebe kehler.

one missing though -my father, david kehler. passed away january 12, 1975

    1. Thanks for your comments on Kehler.ca. We would absolutely love to add David’s obituary to the website. Unfortunately, we can’t seem to find a copy of it. Could you email it to us, along with a picture if at all possible? As well, if you have any other suggestions, comments or contributions to the website, do send them to us.
