It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather at the age of 82 at Bethesda Regional Health Center.

He is survived by his loving wife Joyce of 57 years; children Doyle (Raquel), Brent, Candace (Jamie); grandchildren Myles, Sienna (Rob), Rio, Noah, Tatianna, Ryder, Samuel, and Spencer; great grandchildren Phaetyn, Ivory and Wilder. Peyton Kehler wants other teens to know the fun, friendship found on the court.

Peyton Kehler had long wanted to host a basketball camp for teenaged girls: “There’s not enough female coaches out there that can lead by example for them.”

Tina Neufeld passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at Maplewood Manor in Steinbach, Manitoba with family by her side, at the age of 95.

Ben W. Friesen was born in the R. M. of Hanover on August 23, 1933 to David M. and Katarina Friesen. His early life was filled with challenges, especially when his mother passed away when he was merely two years old. When he was five years old his father remarried, this was quite an adjustment for this young lad.

Jake was born in Steinbach, Manitoba, in 1953 and passed away surrounded by family at Health Sciences Centre in November 21, 2022 at the age of 69.

Jake leaves behind his beloved wife of 44 years Dianne, his daughter Kassie (Nathan), sisters Helene and Anne (Don), in-laws Myrna (Ray), Andy (Paula), Barb (Ken), Lorna (Gord), Edna (Sjoerd), Richard, nieces and nephews Lisa (Dan), Leilani (Tom), Leighton (Jenna), Natasha (Jeremy), Josh, Jackie (Randy), Cara (Ken), Barry (Jodie), Andrea (Greg), Leia (Mike), Robby (Tracey), AJ, Sydney (Patrick), Mikhail, Anastasia (Brad), Victoria, Ilse (Chris), Nicolas, Eric, as well as many grand-nieces and nephews. It is with mixed emotions that we announce the passing of Henry Kehler. We are happy for him because it was the desire of his heart to go to be with Jesus for a while already.

Henry was born at home on October 24, 1931, to Henry S. and Agatha Kehler. He had an interesting life, probably unusual to many people. He never married but looked after his parents as long as was necessary.

On Saturday, November 19, 2022, Helen Kehler Hildebrandt passed away peacefully at Bethesda Place in Steinbach, Manitoba.
